Tristan and Violet Grow up and Helen is a 'Busy Bee'

Thank goodness babies only stay 'babies' a short while.
As I was getting seriously stressed out here.

What with a genuine lack of sleep, my fun and comfort levels were dropping, and screaming babies with dirty diapers, I was reaching the end of my tether.

Ginny was getting a little worried too as I was practically falling asleep whilst bathing one of the twins.

Thankfully, their birthday's soon approached.

Yes I know.
The hardest part is yet to come, teaching them the basics, potty training, walking, talking and nursery rhymes.

But at least Ginny and I will be able to monitor their progress now.
It was rather a little 'hit and miss' when they were babies.
Dang, wish I'd studied a lot more parenting from those books now.
Just didn't have the time.

Violet was first.

Curled snugly in my arms, it seemed like ages after the candles were blown out. But then, she spun around in mid air and out popped THIS pretty little lady.

Then it was the turn of Tristan. Wide awake and beaming, his transition was a lot faster.
As he appeared through the confetti, I couldn't help but gasp.

He's the spitting image of myself at his age.

I am astounded, and proud too.

But we can't forget our eldest daughter too, Helen.

She's been extremely busy around the house, tidying up and stuff.

Even taking on the responsibility of taking care of Cleo's bed and food bowl.

She's a genius at logic, always rolling wants to build up that skill, and stargaze.
She looks so cute, standing staring intently through the lens of that telescope.

Just like her old man.

However, there are times when she just wants the comfort of old Theodore, her teddy bear, and is often found carrying him all over.

Cleo is fitting in well with the rest of the household now. But she still looks so tiny, compared to that feeding bowl. I'm always afraid that she's going to fall in it.

Well, I guess it's now our turns to put Tristan and Violet through their basic training.

I'll catch up with you all as soon as that's done.
Signing out (very proudly)
Ambrose
