Thank you Benefactor

*Warning, extremely heavy picture update*

I knew there was a 'higher being' watching over us all. And it's got to be a woman too.
She's been observing quietly, seeing us struggling along until finally she caved in and gave everyone a temporary boost via a not so secret password called 'maxmotives'.

Everybody's moods have risen, which means that the twins can now be properly trained, without Ginny or I complaining about our low fun levels or going to bed when we were exhausted.

Tristan and Violet are very demanding, wanting our attention constantly.

It's coming up to the twin's next birthday. But before then, here's a whole update dedicated to all our kids.

Firstly... Helen. Don't want to leave her out do we?

Being a big sister has it's ups.

Like getting a big sloppy wet kiss from your kid brother and sharing the drawing table with him too.

And it's downs too. Thoroughly exhausted after chasing after them all.

She went to school for the first time, nervous and excited.

Came back with a fairly good report card, but wasn't satisfied with those results (do I sense a little bit of a competitor in my little girl?)

So, with my help, she learned to study.

And came home buzzing. She'd got an excellent 'A' plus.
She was so happy, she threw her arms around me.
Atta Girl!! I knew you'd do us all proud.

It's a busy household you know, keeping both twins happy at the same time. Especially when they decided to wake up right on cue together.

It's tough trying to keep them entertained, so Ginny and I tried to teach them a few nursery rhymes.

We also initiated a little walking lesson too, but that proved too exhausting.

Thank goodness we invested in that toddler blanket. It proved very valuable when Ginny & I were close to exhaustion.

Sleep. The best time of the day, when the whole of the house can shut down fall asleep along with those two little whirlwinds.

However, that wasn't always the case, as there was always someone who was wide awake, whilst the other slept.

Honestly, I don't know how we kept our sanity.

And they needed monitoring constantly. Violet discovered a bottle of sour formula and before we had the chance to grab it from her, she's wolfed it down and brought it straight back up.

Yes, you need be sitting there smiling young missy. That was yet another bath we're going to have to give you.

Also, poor Cleo keeps getting attention too.

Speaking of which. Whilst we were so busy with the kids, Cleo quietly grew up. Into the strangest looking cat I've ever seen, with short ears.

She's still adorable though, and is loved by everyone. Perhaps a little too much love from Violet though.

And Tristan is obsessed with Cleo's food bowl.

Thank goodness she can sleep peacefully when those two finally fall asleep.
Mind you, it was myself who ended up cleaning out the litter tray. Helen was so exhausted from school that she went straight to bed.

At least they're managing to bond well and are getting some skills behind them.

Anyway, I'd better get prepared for their birthdays.
Just like Helen, they both have a fear of parties so I'd best honour their wishes.

Signing out for now
