Hi folks, I'm back.
I really really hate that stupid Bio Machine of Mom's.
She can sit there for five minutes and come up with some fantastic cold cures.
I, in the meantime, sit for hours and come up with zilch.
Mind you, I think it boils down to the fact that I am being a bit sneaky and using it whenever she's in bed, or just not around.
But I also think it's because she's such a great cook. She certainly knows how to rustle up something fantastic out of all the leftovers we sometimes have in the cupboards.
How else can you explain the cheese & chilli chip dips she makes when all my friends come around? I tell you, they're very popular indeed.
Even dad agrees. I caught him a few times in the kitchen, after our meals, rubbing his belly and smacking his lips with complete satisfaction.
Speaking of which...
Recently I've had a spate of friends over.
Methinks it's not just for Mom's cooking and my company.
I think it's because of all the cool stuff we've got at home.
They've been joining in games on my latest console.
I tell you what, there are some real hard core gamers out there.
This kid for example. Not only is he a whiz at Sims3, he's superfit too
working out on the barre. He's so competitive, I can't keep up!!!
And I caught this cutie blogging on my website.
Yeah, I know, she's really pretty isn't she?
She's ever so polite though, with those huge, soft brown eyes.
She was nice enough to shake my hand and thank me for allowing her to blog on my site.
There are some, however, who are.....
Hmmmm, let me see.....
NOT so nice.
Like this person.
She pulled this face from the very minute she was greeted by dad.
All through the evening, she was so sour faced. Nothing made her happy at all, even chatting to her about the new monorail, didn't even crack a smile.
Mind you, I suppose it's because her dad's an engineer, busy working on the monorail project, and she's probably fed up of hearing about it.
But honestly, surely she could get lose that 'nasty smell' look when she's over.
Our house isn't THAT bad.
Honestly, she kept it up until it was time for her to leave.
Admittedly mom over does it with the bleach and disinfectant.
But that's mom for you.
It's nice to have friends around.
However, it's just as nice to have your own company too.
Reading the latest magazines.
Spending time with your folks.
Dad taught me how to play chess from a very early age. It's something that's never forgotten, that's for sure.
Signing out for now, catch up with you all later.
Ambrose
