Whilst they all slept, Rina decided it was time for her to 'guard' the house. So she parked her butt on the front porch and pretended to look rather important. Then when she tired of that, she wandered around the perimeter of the house and garden, before parking her butt back on the front porch.
At least they were all safe in the knowledge that they were being guarded and protected.
Because of their minibreak, Brosie and Ginny didn't need to go into work until the day after. So that meant they had some spare time to 'do stuff'. Which loosely meant that as soon as Brosie woke up, he was bugged by Violet, asking him to help her with her homework prior to going to school. In his eyes she looked as though she was going to be an overachiever.
But the truth of the matter was, she was playing one-upmanship with her twin sister. With being behind with her schoolwork by one day, she needed a major boost up. And who better to get that vital help? None other than her rather brainy, intellectual Genius of a dad?
So the two of them sat cross legged, on the floor, in the lounge, in their PJ's solving difficult sums and stuff.
Because Helen had been so great at keeping house, and the fact that as soon as she'd transitioned, she'd instantly rolled a wish to 'Learn to Drive'....
.... and prom was coming up soon.....
... Brosie and Ginny decided to reward Helen for her hard work, and bought her a car. A Ford Focus in lime green!!!!
Let's just say, she was uber excited and couldn't wait to learn to drive.
